While many people assume that Tibetan Buddhism is composed of monks and lay people it also has a long tradition of Yogis who were non-celibate and life-embracing. Their practices focus on meditation, inner yogis and the Buddhist philosophy of the Great Perfection (Dzogchen). Public teaching includes teaching, meditation and time for questions.
