Daily Dharma Gathering sessions are from 5:00pm to 5:30 PDT / 8:00p to 8:30pm. EDT on Mondays through Fridays and 12:00p to 12:30p.m. EDT on Saturdays and Sundays. All you have to do is log on using the link you’ll receive upon registration. Each session begins with a short talk before moving into a guided meditation practice with time for a q&a at the end.
