Did all but the castor pack and windhorse challenge. The day and night were very full, but I’m getting set up for spring cleaning tomorrow! The karma purification talk had major benefits for me. It gave me an extra push toward committing myself to taking a prayerful and other-oriented approach to my own suffering and learning to celebrate it as the purification of negative karma. So beautiful!

What practices of this course did you do today?
All but castor packs. (Also I started with the Windhorse practice – mostly in caring for my body when it needed it and also in cleaning my space.)

    What benefit did you receive?
I felt like I had a breakthrough today with my energy level today and with getting the intensity I am feeling a little more under control – or knowing a little more about what to do for it so I don’t burn myself and/or others with this crazy heat… (Basically eating a little more, or putting some kind of fuel in my body – like ccf tea or green juice or warm water or coconut water or apple juice/water – at those times seems to help, but I’m also open to more feedback about what is happening and what would be best.)
I found the Vajrasattva mantra to be really healing and supportive for looking at my experience and taking responsibility for it in a very compassionate way. I feel so grateful for the practice and the opportunity to continue to practice it.
I also now have a cleaner room… With having more energy I’m sure there will be even more of that to come!

What practices of this course did you do today? I woke early and did qigong, Vajrasattva practice, and watched the teaching videos. I kept with the kitchari diet, dogging several pungent distractions throughout the day, and I saved a spider from being crushed. Rinpoche addressed Windhorse, and although I did not dive right in, plans were made and the shine was inspected.
What benefit did you receive? The benefit of knowledge, ancient, tried and tested, and modern research. Well summarized and presented. With this knowledge I can help myself and others. In fact, the friction of acting on this knowledge is pulling others along – to their benefit and the benefit of others – ever expanding.

Today I did: the cleanse diet mostly- (with a few lapses after a “desperate” feeling craving period) A short vajra Satva practice, Bliss Yoga, the making amends was wonderful it had a very positive affect, the specific details of the how to state the apology and how to state intentions for future interactions, and how to show your making amends by “paying“ for the mistake somehow, in a way to make the person so happy they were actually glad it happened…
Ive long loved the beauty of making amends and taking the time and sincere intention do do it.
But the clear details layed out by Rinpoche really took this practice to a new level for me and also that I can see it as a practice now, I didn’t realize it was an actual practice before. Thankyou💜
